my room featured a comfortable bed and a closet with hangers. the air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool. hot water was always available in the shower.

The location IS amazing! It is near the Jordaan and tram line. The room was VERY clean and the hotel was clean too. The WiFi worked FAST. There was a snack shop IN the hotel. The room was quiet SO I rested WELL.
The check-in was a little slow.

a decent stay in central spot
central location fruit options helpful staff
Location was unbeatable. I could walk to many places of interest. breakfast included many choices, i found fresh fruits i liked. the staff impressed me. They were really kind and helpful, especially when i needed directions. i was glad for their kindness.
the room i got was quite small, i feel like there was not enough space to move around comfortably. i think better room layouts would help.

my standard double room had a television with international channels and a stocked minibar. it also included a safe and free wifi. the bed was very comfortable and had quality bedding.

the location worked well, near attractions and the train station. my room overlooked the canal and was spacious. breakfast had a good selection of fresh items. checkout was smooth and efficient.
housekeeping missed coffee refills and water . cleaning standards could improve.
